Ms. Lajja Sanghavi

(M.A. Counselling psychology, P.G. Dip School Counselling, Focus: Developmental Psychology)

Ms Lajja Sanghavi is a counselling psychologist with a specialization in developmental psychology. She holds a Masters degree in counselling psychology and has ranked first at an all India level at the SNDT University in the Masters program. She has specialized in Early Childhood Development from the State University of New York (USA) wherein she worked at the daycare center and gained the experience of observing and recording the development of toddlers.

She is a trained Play therapist (USA) and REBT practioner. In addition she has completed her Post-graduate Diploma in School Counselling from SNDT University. She has the clinical experience of working with renowned pediatrician Dr Pankaj Parekh as well as has worked in schools as a counsellor. In addition she has her private counselling center- ‘Firefly’ at Hughes Road, Mumbai where she counsels for a range of behavioral and emotional issues. She is currently undergoing training for becoming a registered Hypnotherapist with the California Institute of Hypnosis.
